CONTINUED TO BE DEBITED FOR SERVICES WHICH HAVE BEEN CANCELLED 09
Cancelled my subscription in July for 2 vehicle I had already sold. After a protracted process I was given assurance that my last debit order would be deducted in September. What do I see on my October statement this morning....? 'I'M STILL BEING DEBITED' Shame on you Mix Telematics!!! I've been a loyal customer for more than 6 years. I hope you are going to contact me and sort this out otherwise I'll take my remaining business elsewhere.
