Continued debiting after cancelled months ago

I am experiencing the same thing. Cancelled with them via email (as they insisted) in June. Waited for the month's notice to end and still got invoiced for July, August and now September. I have been calling and leaving voice messages every other week since August and have not gotten a since call back. Every time I call their call centre they relay me from one call centre agent to another.
