Contacting wrong person for panic alerts
I'm very concerned about the integrity of their systems as they keep on phoning me with regards to a panic alert on a vehicle that I do not and have never owned. Every time I tell them that its not my vehicle, but they seem to be unable to rectify this on their system. My question is just whether the real owner is even aware of the panic alerts on his vehicle since they keep on contacting the incorrect person...

30 Oct 2025, 21:33Its a day later now, another call received at 21:30 at night about a panic on a vehicle thats not mine. Just proves my point. Dont know how you can trust this company to protect your vehicle.
