Consumer Abuse by Matrix Tracking and MiX Telematics (Pty) Ltd [POPIA Breach]

MiX Telematics (Pty) Ltd and Matrix Vehicle Tracking are among the worst South African companies, operating with the cruelty and impunity of an extremist organization. For over five years, I have been subjected to relentless harassment and abuse, with affiliates repeatedly contacting me in their name. I have reached out to every level within their company—from social and support channels to executive management—only to encounter lies, deceit, and a disturbing disregard for the severe impact their actions and those of their affiliates have had on my life. Their behavior is a blatant affront to South African values, as they act as if they are above the law and untouchable.

I am left with no alternative but to pursue legal action under POPIA and other channels, as they continue to endanger my well-being and peace of mind. The reviews speak for themselves—this company’s behavior is extremist by nature, betraying every standard of ethical and lawful conduct.
