Consultant cancelled contract without my approval

I called Matrix on Wednesday and was advised that a lady by a name Lesego had cancelled my contract without my knowldege. requested them to read my notes, the consultant thats assisted me, informed me that there were no notes regarding cancelling, probably opened to many accounts and accidentally cancelled mine. I was told to call them back again, i was on hold for a long time, due to my airtime running out, it cut. I believe i should be have been called and informed that my account had been reactivated. So now am driving a car that has no tracker, what happens should my car get ******. This is unacceptable, I demand feedback and my account be activated
