Complete incompetence
This is the worst most pathetic service ever.ive complained numerous of times on email as they don't seem to answer their phones ever.so truly is a **** .I've been debited for over a year for an expired device .these *********** people still have the audacity of debiting despite canceling and send me threats for a non functional system .I'm truly livid with them . They need to be escalated .
