Complaint - Matrix Vehicle Tracking

I'm an smme trying to manage my business effectively. I joined matrix to help me manage movement of my vehicles. Since I joined, matrix is just interested on collecting my money and nothing about the service. I spoke to almost everybody at matrix to try get only login details to manage my account and till today no one could assist. I cancellled my contract but continue to deduct my money. I reversed my debit orders they now debit my account twice or thrice a month. They debit way high amount that we agreed on.

What kind of company ***** money from their customers? They are so arrogant towards their customers. I regret joining these people
