Complaint

This is actually a complaint, i have been sending numerous emails to this company regarding changing the contact details on my tracking services however even today it's not actioned, when you call their line no one picks up the phone. Thier customer service is really poor, i would never refer anyone to use Matrix services to be honest. Should something happen to my cars i will hold them liable.
