Complaint
After cancelling contract I keep getting SMS's threatening that I will be handed over to the credit bureau due to outstanding fees. I am totally up to date and unfortunately cannot get any response from emails and tel calls. I am being totally ignored.

08 Nov 2022, 18:14This is incorrect. I finally received a call from them they confirmed that my account is in credit and I would be receiving a refund they will be sending me a letter o apology and will cancel the credit bureau adverse record

I am still waiting for a refund of the amount that I overpaid as well as confirmation that the credit bureau listing would be cancelled. Nobody is contacting me. This is totally unacceptable

15 Nov 2022, 08:55I am still waiting for the refund. I am still receiving sms's advising that I will be handed over to their attorneys and I have been blacklisted on the credit bureau. I cannot get hold of them they are not answering calls on main number provided.
