Complains

I wrote the review last year October that matrix car tracker do not want to cancel my contract even after explaining to them that i no longer use the car that has their tracker but they still do not want to cancel my contract and till date they still take money from my account for the car that i do not have with me.

I want advice the South Africans not to do the same mistake as i did, please South Africans do not sign with Matrix Vehicle tracking company because when you want to cancel your contract they will not assist you at all , right now i am paying the tracker for the car that was sold in 2024 September and till today the matrix are still *****ing my money from my account
