Complaining about Tell Matrix Beame

In 2024 September i phoned campant by the name of Tele Matrix Beame requesting that i an selling my car so i want them to come and remove the tracker in the car and put the tracker on my other caras i am selling the other car and they told me that i need to pay R1000 for them to come and remove the tracker and because i never had that money with me i then told the to cancel the contract and they said to me that i need to pay for 6months before they can cancel the contract and from last year till to date the Tell Matrix are still debting money every month amount of R400 splitting it apart and now its been a year they are taking money from my account, today i call the Matrix and the call was answered by the lady called Karabo telling me that my last debit is R212 and she said that in order for them to cancel the Contract i must pay R3000, how fair is it for me that i have been paying for the car that is no more with me for the year and now for them to cancel the contract i must i must pay. I want to take this moment to inform South Africa thatbif you ever need a tracker please do your self a favor don't sign with Telegram Matrix Beame they want to make money out you i would rather advice you to sign with other car tracker. All i am saying in this is true and Tell Matrix Beame must fall it robbs people.
