Matrix has the worst customer service ever.last year my contract was canceled without my knowledge and was surprised by that cause had something happened to my car I wasn't going to be assisted now I want to cancel the contract they are not willing to help me with canceling this stupid contract.been sending emails for cancelation and no 1 responds until I wrote on their fb page and no 1 is willing to help me aswell
