Complain

I cancel a contract with matrix coz they where failing to come back to fix my cars as their technician damage my 2 cars (bmw Z4 dashboard and Nissan np200 overheating ) When I contact them they where busy blaming a fitment centre which I don't who who's fitment centre are as I had a contract with telematic(matrix) I spend 17k to get my bmw sorted and I spend 850 to sort Nissan np 200 when I advised them they requested electrician invoice which I did send them one they didn't approve coz it electrician who work on my car doesn't have a workshop and not registered ,now they are dragging my name in to mud as I'm now in bad credit score

Watch out on their advert what they promise it's not what they give
