**** COMPANY - STAY AWAY!!!!

If i could give this company -10 rating I would. Back here writing a 2nd review about a problem they created. Where do i start, bike got ****** and alot of hassle with this company around that, needless to say they reacted days later and item was long ******. They recovered their unit on site. They continued debiting me for the ****** item, come June they dont debit at all due to some system error on their side. I asssumed its because someone actually woke up in that place and sorted out my account. So how shocked was I when i am told i am in arrears because they failed to debit. I go through the whole explanation of what took place and the women in finance says ,oh mam you quite correct. I will fix it dont worry aboout it. Yeah right, nobody in this company gives a damn about their ****py job or cares to actually work. I then ge an attorney calling me for money owed, when in fact Matrix owes me.!!!!!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ANDI REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH MATRIX. I HAVE PUT ALL MY NEW VEHICLES WITH CARTRACK - GO WITH THE ONE THATS TRUSTED IN THE MARKET!!!!!

MATRIX YOU BETTER SORT THIS **** OUT BECAUSE I WILL GO ON A SOCIAL MEDIA SLAUNDER OF THE DISGUSTING SERVICE YOU GIVE PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR A SERVICE.
