Matrix has put my name in a negative impact at credit bureau,they didn't deduct the whole amount they were supposed to deduct and they are not answering my calls(poor communication)at some point they just hung up,I need them to email me a letter that stating I'm up to date with payments,no one is willing to help in all departments,imagine the worst nightmare of being highjacked or ****** car,it means you won't be able to recover it.*** I need a senior from your company to call me and sort this mess up,and cancel your contract without telling me about your 36 months period because clearly you running fish and chips there not a security company my name is Vincent Molaudzi to whom it concern.
