Company harassment

They consultants keep on promising to resolve the issue without success. They have aknowledge their mistake, i was debited since March for the contract that should start the end of November. I had to reverse the debits every month with the emails send to them to rectify their mistake. I have been send for debt collection which will tarnish my name beacause of their mistake. I hate this company and im wondering how could i continue with them where as i was mistreated. All the managers failed t solve this complaints. They are *********** and treat clients bad. NOLUTHANDO, MALEPE AND LEANE, U are the worst guys. U dobt deserve to work with clients. I wander if this company practice Batho Pele Principles
