Committing *****

After numerous complaints I am still receiving daily smses, endless phone calls, now being threatened with legal action!!!!! I cannot explain to the accounts department anymore as this is now getting to be out of hand because they have ZERO understanding of their job description. This company is committing ***** by deducting from my account and the new owners account. I will take legal action now. You do not get to threaten me because your accounts department has no idea what they are doing. I have proof on my email that this was cancelled - Account number: 953432
