closing an Account with Beamy is impossible.
I have been trying to close my account with Beamy since January 2024, no response to e-mails, Calls are not answered due to high call volumes, leaving a message for a call back also doesn't happen. so I've blocked the debt order at my bank. early February 2024 I get a call from call center, and I explain the situation. They agree to close the account and I get a confirmation letter. Since then, I get SMS's and e-mails about my outstand account. Now today I get a threat that the will hand me over to credit bureaus if i don't pay. but the account has been closed since the 6th February 2024. DONT EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH BEAMY OR TELMATRIX BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER CLOSE THEIS ACCOUNT, AND YOU CANNOT SPEAK WITH ANYBODY.
