I will advise people who are interested in buying new cars to try other companies when it comes to tracker installations. Mix telematics is the worst when it comes to customer service. I have been requesting them to cancell my account since last year September, today its the 24th of March 2023, they have been threatening me with letter of demands everday instead of doing their work. they have terrible customer service. their call centre they will transfer you from pillar to post. horrible service.
