car tracking bad service

I brought car last year December I never received any call from this and I never spoke to them until March this year when I saw deduction on my acc then I called them, and the lady how assist me they gonna do investigation and she will get back to me nothing last week I got call and that lady said congratulations and I ask her 6 month now she congratulate me, I add car truck on my car

Now I have to pay to car truck, I never signed any documents with them they never called me if something happened to my car will they assist how cause they lady how assist me to me I have to car them not them calling me.

At the same time you pay for what, and if u don't pay they will blacklist me, why it's fair to me as customer
