Can't cancel as they give no feedback

Seems they don't want you to cancel your contract. Given notice 18 October. No response. Left review on hello Peter, got an email back stating they've attempted contacting me. Went through all my call logs, none from them not in blocked, not spam, no where. Mailed them back. No replies. 3 follow up emails and nothing. Says I signed a 3 year contract, said there is no way, send me the contract and details to end this thing. And absolute silence. Seriously do not have this thing installed. They just take money for not providing a service.
