Can't cancel as they don't respond

If I could give zero I would. The app never worked. I've sent multiple emails to cancel the subscription as I don't own the vehicle on which this useless tracker was installed. I got one response in October that they will look into it and then nothing, just my account being debited. This is a useless company and one can't get any service. They just debit your account even if you try and cancel.
