Cannot cancel Beame unit

I have been trying to cancel my paid up Beame unit and all email addresses supp**** on the Beame app as well as the one provided to me by Beame customer care fail. I was told I cannot cancel over the phone and must send and email, but as per above this does not work.

I want the unit cancelled ASAP.
