Cancelled service

I was with this company for 3 years I changed my vehicle and I cancelled my premium with them the continued to deduct money this continued the next month then I reversed my money before even reversing my money I called countless times with no luck even to get a cancellation letter the never bothered they only sent an email and I clearly requested a letter, they continued harassing me for money and I explained and even wrote them an email not forgetting I never missed a payment, they continued and every agent that called promised to escalate nothing happened, months down the line I went to the bank to increase my credit card amount only to find out I have been blacklisted and I was shocked as I know I don't miss payments and had to check which company only to find out it's this tracking company, the level of unprofessional behavior I received from this company is beyond anything I would never use this company and I would advise anyone considering to use this company to really think hard and be ready for this level of stress and disappointment definitely told my family and friends never to use this company
