Cancelled my tracking but still got debited, a lot
June 2015 I sold my vehicle, and cancelled my Tracking with them in July.<br> I still got debited, I rep**** to customer care and asked why I still got debited?<br> No reply, next month again, this time I mailed and some *********** person couldn't even <br> send my request to the correct department, I had to mail them, I mailed many times more.<br> Debited again.<br> I got so angry and reverted to vile language, to which they still didn't even bother to reply.<br> A week or so later, I phoned and now it has been cancelled after my rant (They didn't even let me know)<br> <br> So basically, 3months of debit orders that I had to be refunded didn't happen, it's not a lot of money to be honest, its just so irritating having to deal with these issues.
