Cancelled my policy without my approval and I'm not aware of any cancelation of tracker just received an email saying I canceled my tracker

I received an email from Matrix, saying my Tracker is canceled, but I didn't not cancel my Matrix Tracker, I need to know who said I cancel my account, and I phone Matrix no answer for 1 hour holding the line.

I had attempt highjack to same vehicle, I'm told I canceled the tracker on.

I need clean report because it seems like deal to highjack my car.
