Cancelled Contract then still debited

Mixtelamatics the worst Tracking Company. I have been using them for years and then I cancelled the policy on the 9th April 2024. I had already paid for the month. I then received confirmation on the 10th April saying that the date of the cancellation will be 11/05/2024 (Contract Id ***8) - then come May they debited my account which is fine. Now its 15th August they still debiting and I had to stop the debit, I received an sms that they are taking me to the Credit Bureaus, for what exactly?? You are used to ****ming people, go ahead as I have proof of the debit orders.
