CANCELLED BEAME
I have sent an email 2 months ago requesting a cancellation of my beame account, no one responded to my mail but you keep debiting my account everymonth and i have reversed these payements as i do not want your services anymore. this morning i have called your call centre and spoke to Danielle who could not help me she transfered me to accounts, and the phone went off without even taking my details.<br> <br> i dont know what to do, please cancel this as i do not need it anymore, it is useless .
