Cancelled and still being debited 6+ years later

Got tracker installed as part of my insurance requirement when buying a new car in 2015. At the time Regent insurance offered it as part of a package deal, Cancelled the insurance and all the attachment contracts 6+ Years ago, Still receiving debit orders !! Unable to block it at the bank because ABSA is just as useless.

RATHER USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
