Cancellations
On the 28th of May I got hijacked on my driveway.<br> I managed to contact my security company, police and in fewer than 10 minutes the tracking company (Beamie by MixTelematics.<br> My shock when I got two updates from that night that the Beamie tracking unit installed in my car has \not yet"responded.<br> 41 hours later the car was recovered (I am guessing by the police).<br> Anyway I got rid of that car.<br> I have asked Beamie/MixTelematics to cancel my services (turns out even the engine number was removed) and they are telling me to pay R199 and only then can they cancel me.<br> I had email on Jul 28 asking a for a tracking device"

Notwithstanding the fact that your vehicle was successfully recovered by us we are truly saddened by your negative comments and cannot agree with the picture you are portraying as the train of events prove the contrary.
The disposal of the vehicle unfortunately does not absolve you from your responsibilities as agreed to in the standard terms and conditions.
