Cancellation still not processed after 30 days!

I cannot stress this enough! Stay away from this company! I installed a Beame device in the second week of September, but due to my insurance, I had to cancel my service with Mix Telematics, because they do not have an "Early Warning" system that can be installed. I proceeded to cancel my service on the 27th of September and received an email that someone will be cancelling my service - However, in this last week of Ocotber, they debited my account again for November! WHY! I have served a FULL month of cancellation, why are my services NOT cancelled yet! I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days now, and NO ONE answers their telephones! I haven't managed to speak to a SINGLE person again in the past week! Very very bad customer service!
