Cancellation request
Logged a cancellation for my device and no one calls me to confirm cancellation, Yet I signed up for a new device for my new vehicle and I get calls for that everyday and they were quick to install.
I know the cancellation is a 30 day notice. I just want some sort of confirmation as I do not want to be double billed
