Cancellation process is wack!!!!
I have been cancelling the services since Sept 2021 till today i am being billed for a car that i dont have anymore. Messing up my credit score. I WROTE EMAILS UPON EMAILS, but no luck. their service is wack.

We can confirm that an agent did get in contact with you and advised that you are still in contract meaning a settlement amount would need to be paid.
Once settlement amount and arrears have been paid than the account will be cancelled.
