Cancellation of tracker

Now I understand why they have so many bed reviews. I have been their customer since 2017 this year January my car was declared write off. I contacted them to cancel my policy but no response. Their agent are always busy you will wait on the line without anyone picking up the phone. The only response you will get is their automated response that their agent are busy. After failing to get response from them I decided to reverse my money after their deductions. I sent an email in March asked them to cancel my account they sent automated response but still debited my account. I reversed the money again. Now I am getting sms that I will face legal and listing action. How do I face legal and listing actions while they are the one not responding to my query. Now am told that I must pay all the premiums from January until April while they are the one who delayed closing my account. To date my account is not yet closed. Today I tried calling again luckily someone picked up and say is transferring me to someone for assistance but still I waited on the line again without help. I called again someone picked up and told me that they will take a month to respond to my email, meaning the debt is increasing since every month they will be charging their premium since the account is not closed or cancelled. They don’t have good customer service is like they are just after our money and blacklisting us. I will not recommend this tracker to anyone after what I have experienced with them. Mix telematics can you please deduct your money and close my account instead of pilling the premiums
