Cancellation of account urgently

I’ve been trying to cancel my account since last year when I realised that they couldn’t locate my car yet I was paying. The debit order takes double every month and I don’t know why.

I am really not happy with your services because I’m paying double for something that is not working. My account is handed over for something that is not working. I really don’t know what I’m paying for. I need this fixed as soon as possible as it is ruining my name.
