Cancellation o a beamie tracker

I phoned before the car was sold to de-activatec the tracker and was told someone will call me back but no one called me. Then I send four emails of cancellation because no one called me back. Every time I send an email I get a case number but nothing happens. I phoned many times and was told that someone will call me back. I just want to cancel.
