Cancellation not done
I had cancelled my Beame in June 2015 and Annatjie Maartens did the cancellation. She called me and confirmed the last debit order will be be done on the 1st July 2015. I received a cancellation letter , however my account was still debited on the 1st of August 2015. When i called Annatjie she claims she does not work for Mix Telematics and then I called the call centre. They indicated to me they will get back back to me and they never did. Please refund me and stop debiting my account.
