CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE!
On behalf of my mother-in-law:For more than a year, I have been trying to cancel my son's vehicle tracking device. His PREVIOUSLY OWNED vehicle was registered on my name and so was the tracking device. With great ease it was initiated, but to cancel it once he sold the vehicle again in March 2014, proved to be a nightmare.Since then, I have been paying the tracking device diligently per debit order. I decided 2 WEEKS AGO to go to the bank in order to cancel the debit order, as I thought THAT might get your attention. It clearly did. Unfortunately I received a call last week to advise me that my account will be handed over if the payment is not made urgently.Let me be clear, this is unacceptable. I will not let it go if my credit score is influenced negatively in any way because of this. This is the last attempt I will summon in order to cancel this device. I also stopped the payment on my own vehicle's tracking device as I will not pay another cent to a company that sees it well to take my money despite of numerous attempts to cancel a simple debit order.Then after submitting this again to the advised email address on 29 June, I still haven't received any answer
