Cancellation Mix telematics and KIA
<p>I notified Mix telematics that I never received the vehicle and they requested that I get a letter of non delivery of the vehicle from the Dealer. Then I requested KIA Durban to issue me that letter and the reply I got was that Mix telematics was not suppose to contact me for tracking as it was part of the the vehicle installment. Then KIA decided to Ignore my request when I told them that Mix telematics is not cancelling because I did not get that letter from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again this month I am receiving statement with double payment of something I do not have and I never had. </p>
