Cancellation made Impossible with Matrix

I have been with matrix for a year only because I could't afford the cancellation fees. After when I checked the cancellation fee dropped to R400 and they gave me a settlement to pay before the 25th of June which I did and I have sent proof of payment. To my suprice the debit order continued and I was told that I will be refunded. Jikijiki finance didn't allocate the payment I made and they will not refund me and they will continue to debit me until whoever from the finance department decide to allocate my payment. So I have to pay for services tgat I am no longer in need of because someone decided to fold their hands. How is that even my problem if I did my part. Your internal issues must not affect us as cliets coz it has nithing to do with me. Where is fairness? No one responds to the emails I sent only auto replies. When I call am being told that until finance do their part I will never get help. I have to call now and then to hear the same story. Fix your finance department and stop debiting me and refund me.
