Cancellation Frustrations with Mix Telematics Beame
I have cancelled my subscription with Mix Telematics in July 2022 since I sold the vehicle where the tracking device was installed. I have emails, several reference numbers, made 100s of calls. You never get through on the phone lines, ever! You always get disconnected before you get to accounts. After months of frustration, emails and calls, I went to the local branch in Nelspruit who also send an email to cancel. Now I decided to stop payments and I am getting threats for payments and my clearscore rating was affected. I am furious with this company! The only place they actually respond to is HelloPeter. So Im trying this option!!!
