Cancellation *****

This is the worst tracking company ever, had a tyre cover with them and when it was time to claim I was told I have to go look for a pothole even after I told them I don’t know where the tyre got damaged as I only noticed when I got home, cancelled and they send me a settlement which I had to pay in order for them to cancel my premium- I did just that and now they’re ignoring me and not responding to any of my emails, I’m very ****ed as I need them to come remove their unit from my car .
