Cancellation
For the past 3 week, I have been trying to cancel my Beame account. I have sent two emails and got reference numbers but no contact. I have phoned the customer care line only for the phone to ring endlessly, eventually it seems like someone picks up but gets cut off straight away. This has happened now many times. this is shocking service

I see there was another debit order taken from my account again on the 1 July 2025
