Cancellation

Good day I'm having trouble of canceling my contract with Matrix (Beame). 02 July 2025 I want called by one of their consultant ( Ayanda Thembani) asking me that do I want to renew my contract, since it will expire at the end of the month 31 July 2025. I said no thank you. Last week I got an email of my invoice for August 2025 to be paid. So I send them an email saying my contract has ended in July, why should I pay again. On the 08 August 2025 I got an email telling me now contract is ending in 08/09/2025. I don't understand why my date has been change. This is **** and ***** too. They say if I want to cancel now I need pay a settlement fee. Why should I pay settlement fee when my contract ended in 31 July 2025. Please help me. I don't have money to pay the settlement fee.
