Cancellation

I sent cancellation in Aug, called to confirm cancellations and they confirmed cancellation as well as my account is actually shows a credit they have to pay me.. 2 months go by only to receive SMS demanding money stating my account is in arrears and they want to list my account or send for legal action

Well I thought that was the case.

I got a call and an email from your team confirming I do not owe anything however I keep getting sms from your debtors department threatening or list me on credit bureau.
Today alone I got 2 sms even though the cancellations department agree with me, the debtors keep harrasing me for an amount I do not even owe.
