Cancellation
I’m not happy with this Company,Bad experience with them I won’t recommend them to my clients i cancel my tracker with them in June over the phone with the consultant, July they debited when I phoned them they told me that they are going to investigate then they will call me, no one phoned me August they debited again i phoned them in September when I enquired about the investigation and the cancellation they told me that I must write an email to cancellation I can not just tell them over the phone, I did send them a email for cancellation in November, they sent me the confirmation email of cancellation on the 11/12/2020 on the 30/12/2020 they debited again leaving me on a negative balance
