Cancellation

I would like to lay a complain against beamie tracker

I cancelled my contract with them due to poor service and incompetence I experienced from their consultants

When I call for cancelling the consultant said I should send email of cancellation which I did and when I call they said is cancelled and they wont debit any money from my account again.

However they continued debiting my account when I call the consultant said they should debit for the last time contrary to what the previous consulting said from last year November they still doing their debit orders and I have to reverse always which might affect my credit score... I really regret choosing them
