Cancellation
Good day Mix Telematics
On the 31/03/2021 I sent your customer department an email about cancellation of 2 vehicles, which I've sold. however on my account I still had 1 vehicle and I see that the unit has been cancelled as well. I'm just grateful that most of the time the car is parked and should it have come to pass that I'm involved in a car highjack or theft the recovery of the vehicle would be impossible and in turn affecting my Insurance pay out. thanks for all years and I guess is its time to move on.

So you guys have decided to reinstate the unit that you had cancelled without my consent, funny enough is that in the market we are made to believe that once the unit is cancelled it can’t be re-activated.
As things stand I’m getting “Avoid legal action. Rather pay ur MIX TELEMATICS acc. Call MBD on *** for bal. ***” massage’s
My ITC status is now been ruined due to the incompetence. I will be contacting the ombudsman and instruct my attorneys.
