CANCELL MY SUBSCRIPTION

My issue was never resolved by matrix their sales and cancellation team is clueless all they do is to shift blame to the client for details that were not explained in detail prior to installation, their contract does not have start and end dates they hide that detail in their terms and condition which they don't even explain fully.
