canceling tracker

if i could give 0 star rating i would as that's what they deserve. i installed a tracker with them, then Dec 2023 i traded in that vehicle sent them email to cancel my account but no they ignored me and continued to charge me 3 months later sent another email explaining what happened and i can't pay that amount, but they ignored me asked me to pay +- R6 000 to cancel. and till today it's been back and forth in emails with them and the collections agency. terrible service and they still continue charging me its almost 2 years now
